  • Scorecard. Thirteen weeks of measurables, each cell green or red against its goal the moment you type the number.
  • Rocks. Quarterly priorities with an owner, a due date, and on track, off track or done.
  • Issues. Rank the top three, then solve one: the solution becomes a task in that client's meeting to-dos.
  • Meeting mode. Check-in to wrap-up in timed steps you can set, with the right data on screen at each one.

Hit record in the room or on a Zoom, Teams, Meet or Slack call. No bot joins. When you stop, Emerald Helm names the speakers, writes the summary, and puts what was decided where it belongs for that client.
